God Bless you Joop! (grinning)...for dragging me back to an incredible porch full of people! Your email was wonderful! I just got another from the closest to a saint I know, Randy D! I've missed all my friends here and apologize for not participating...oh my gosh I need a rocker (soft smile). I've been dealing with my son that dressed in black as if he belonged to the devil and over the last few months, managed to get him in dress slacks, white shirt, sports coat and tie and working at a real job, my daughter who bypassed 8th grade for 9th and made my hair more gray in the process....and no time for me to be anything except the wonderful Mom I know I am (smiling). But..I survived. If I'd have put in one of Mickey's CD's..I'd have been in the nut ward with nonstop tears because sometimes his music is the only thing that understands what we go through. I have Long Road Home playing RIGHT NOW. Ahhhh...there is a me. God Bless YOU Mickey Newbury...your music is truly the only thing left that is mine....and my friends in the rockers beside me. Thank you, Joop....Thank you, Randy D....I feel like I just made a long trip and somehow, arrived at the right place.
