Had lunch with the late Nat Stuckey back in the 80s and, of course, we talked about music, songwriters and singers. The one thing that I remember about that wonderful conversation was Nat's reference to the one and only Hank Cochran. Nat really thought a lot of you and your contribution to the music industry. He ended the conversation by saying that there were a lot of others of equal talent, but none better. I wasn't that familiar with the legend of Hank Cochran, but I immediately began to try to learn more. I asked Justin Tubb if he had any of your songs so that I could listen to some. HE HAD 'EM ALL ... AND HE MADE ME LISTEN TO THEM! Thanks for the career, and thanks for the memories, Hank.
