As the days go by, every single night I start to cry, your not there, and then it's time. It's time to run, running for the sun. Chase the wind, start back again, and I'm never done. When you said you'd be always there for me, darlin is this what you had in mind. Cause if this is love then you left too much, and there's a piece of my heart that should be returned. Should I close my eyes? Should I be surprised? Should I just turn my head? Should I cry? Should I hold my ground, or should I just lay down? Was that you touching me, or was it in my mind? Do the angels there comb your pretty hair, and hold you close like I would if you were here? Will I see you again? Will you hold my hand, like you do in this dream that never ends?
