Salt, pepper, and brown four butterfly pork chops. Mix 1 cup of rice with one can of mushroom soup and enough water to make 2 cups of liquid mix. Place chops on rice mix in baking pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Simple, easy, and scrumptious.
On the side - a heavy dose of collard greens simmered slowly for a long time with a lot of salt pork. And don't forget the home made yeast rolls saturated with real butter (and that don't translate as margarine).
Anybody wants to come over I'll double, triple, quadruple, etc., the recipe.
