Dear Dave, I knew that. There are some thoughts that can not be put into words! They say behind every great man there is a great woman....somewhere in the dark of night, in the tears, trains, rain, and angels, stands our friend, Mickey Newbury...and Susan, not behind him but beside him ALL the way! God bless THEE woman, amen. Micks' music belongs to the world, but, but when two hearts beat as one.....It is only in the last few days that I realized just how many men, women, and kids rock on this porch, side by side, and how many are loved and touched by that heart. My misunderstood post was intended as a compliment to her....Mickey is as blown away as I at the power of the internet and growing number of rockers on this porch. He loves everyone of us for loving him and his music, and the love shared on this little porch, I didn't want to leave any of the ladies, including my wife, out. Where do you find these women Mick? I don't know Charles, I was just sitting on the porch singing and they all showed up! Ain't it cool?
