Well man, there ain't no money in it and it'll lead ya to an early grave, having said that; there are websites(musiciansfriend.com,musiciansbuy.com, etc.)that have great deals on starter guitars starting around a hunerd bucks w\picks\strap\gig bag and all. Jasmine by Takamine, Yamaha, as well as big names(brand name guitars are only worth it when they are antiques) that work just fine if you are looking for something to learn on go that way, and find a nice picker at a gig and get him to set it up for ya. (Adjustments etc.)But if ya want a real guitar call George Gruen in Nashville and talk to one of those guys, get something in the way of a Martin or a Gibson, Fender elec (only) Spend $600 to $2000 on a guitar that already has some value and soul, and then if the Mick part don't work out call me I'll give ya fifty bucks for anything that says C F Martin, OK? Good luck, just look for something that don't make yer fangers bleed. PS if you just learning, go on and spend twenty more on a chromatic tuner!
