Jesus is quoted many times in the bible concerning how the words of men become confused by other men. In an interview Lisa Beamer and the lady, also named Lisa, who had the last telephone conversation with Todd Beamer both try to unconfuse the last minutes of his life. The last moments of his life were not seeking vengence! His words were not spoken as a war-cry, but as a statement of faith, that the God she and he serve, would protect his flight and get it safely on the ground, he did not ask to be put through to her because he was coming home. He sent word to his wife that he was ok, he stood in faith that his plane would land safely, he asked the operator to pray "The Lords Prayer", he said that he and others were going to overtake the hijackers and get the plane safely on the ground, and then he said, "Lets Roll"!! His last statement has been repeated over and over...this interview was aired not on 9\11 but on 9\12. Lisa Beamer did not go to the site of the crash...... she spent the day with her children as any other day, again as a statement of faith. I have heard the sound bite, lets roll, many times over the last year, but this was the first time I heard the whole story behind it. Both of these ladies also made the point that the faith and courage of those who did what they had to do on 9\11 of last year is the same faith that gets them through every hour of every day. There are no coincidences with God, and it is not just another coincidence along with the hundreds of others that were reported that Todd Beamers words cry out, on 9\12, as a statement of faith that God will see us through this terrible time. A handful of idiots attacked that faith last year, and because of that attack the entire world is being drawn closer to that faith, Todd wins, they loose! Matthew 6:5-15, Our Father in heaven...lets roll!
