If you are reading this, Mickey, I have been a fan of your music for 25 to 30 years. It all started when I first heard "American Trilogy". I can't remember the year, but after that I began to buy every I could find with your name on it. I played the 8-tracks until I wore them out. Then I started on the LPs. I made cassetes from the LPs and played them in my car. Anyone who got into my car knew thay were going to hear Mickey Newberry sing. The one 8-track that I could not find a replacement for was "Live at Montezuma Hall/ Looks like Rain". Mickey, you would not believe the music stores, record clubs and flea markets that I haunted for over two decades searching for a replacement for that 8-track! Thanks to a nice lady named Karen Runk, whom I met on the "Live Chat", I should have a copy of "Montezuma" within a day or two! These days I am buying CDs from your website to replace the LPs that had the covers damaged during the Allison T.S. last year. Finally, thanks to the marvels of the internet, I have the opportunity to thank you for all the great music that you have provided for me and my son, Jason, who became a fan after listening to you sing your songs his entire life. I love my family. I love my Jesus. And "Dog gone my soul how I love them old songs! Old friend, may God bless you and your family!
