I spoke with RB today - he telephoned me from Edinburgh, Scotland and told me the sad news of Mickey's death. It was brave and kind of RB to think of me at this time.

We spoke of Mickey and RB spoke of you also. I thought you'd like to know that you (like so many, lucky to have had Mickey's company) are in our thoughts also.
