I think this is a good time to share a lovely story that Mamie passed on to me.

When Mickey was 3 or 4 years old, Mamie listened a lot to an Ernest Tubb song, Take Me Back and Try Me One More Time.

Mick was in Sunday school, and the teacher asked him if he could sing Jesus Loves Me. He said, "No, but I can sing Take Me Back and Try Me One More Time." She said, "Go ahead," and he did.

The rest is history.
