The Eugene article is the best, with LA Times second. A few mistakes, but what would the press be without mistakes. CMT and Rolling Stone are bad. Many just take their old stuff and add a paragraph or two to "update" it. Mickey used to laugh (ruefully) at the fact that when one article included a mistake it appeared in all the articles thereafter. For example, that he and Kristofferson were friends in England. That one was everywhere. They weren't and didn't meet until Kris came to Nashville where Mickey was already a success. Kris, by the way, has had some very nice comments to add to some of the articles. I think Mickey would regard most of these article as he did most of the earlier articles. I sure would like to call him and talk to him about them.
