i'm very sad now because my dad (Bill smith)told me that mickey died saturday night. i feel very sorry for mamie & the rest of the newburys that r related to him. I will truley miss him alot he was my favorte singer in the whole wide world. I will never forget the day mickey newbury died.(9/27/02).
