Dear Susan and family, I am recovering from open heart surgery and experienced another but different heart surgery upon hearing of Mickey's passing. Joe called Sunday and I immediately went to the web site and have been moved every day with the outpouring of love for Mickey, his music and his family. May his sweet spirit have the rest he deserves and may you all find solace in his memory. Courtney
