I sang backup vocals for Hag during the mid 80's and had the wonderful pleasure of being in the company of Mickey Newbury as well as Floyd Tilman during a recording session at Willie's Pedernales Ranch. The jam sessions will never be forgotten with that beautiful silky voice and great personality of Mickey Newbury, I'll never forget him!
