In 1973 while in Japan ( part of my 26 years in the Orient ) I tuned into the Armed Foeces Radio Network and cought the Tokyo music show.

I tape recorded the complete last day/evening on cassett, in Nov. 1974 I was reassigned to Tooele Army Depot here in Utah. I kept the tapes in my night stand beside my bed in a secure place.

I listened them often, I thaught I would some day try to contact Mickey to see if he would be interested ln copies, all to no availe, I couldent locate him.

The main reason for my interest in Mickey was because he was the Grand Prise Winner of all the contestants with his song Heaven Help the Child.

When it was announced he was the Grand Winner I got a lump in my throt and tears in my eyes, to hear that an American had won and his touching song, not withstanding, up aginst 'all' the talent that was present and perfofming was unbaleavable.

A few months I located Mr. Bob Rosemurgy, I got the tapes to Bob, he had them worked over and supprised Mickey with same, Bob you are special to me, not only for getting the tapes to Mickey also for all your Public service.

I tried to contact Mickey on several occaisons, he called me, left messages, I returned his calls, it breakes my heart that we couldent make contact.

The CD's you sent me have been played many, many times, thank you agin Bob.

My prayers go out to all.

Sorry I diden't have the use of spell-check.
