My daddy would be proud... every one of his children are here at the house, sharing memories of him, pickin' at their guitars, and laughing. What a blessing it is to me to have all of my siblings here for the first time since I was eight years old. I picked up my dear brother Joe from the airport last night - what a Newbury. :P I haven't laughed as hard as I did last night in a long time. I spoke with RB on the phone yesterday. How grateful I was to hear that dear voice I've missed so much. He is loving every moment he has in Scotland, and playing Amazing Grace every night in memory of my daddy. There will never be a person like him. Thank you all for sharing bits and pieces of my dad's past with our family. The stories being posted make me smile in thought of all the things my dad did... he was a better person for having people such as you in his life. And I know I am as well. Thank God for old friends... and sweet memories.
