It was a pleasure talking to you Ron and thank you for carrying Mickey's Banner down here. With respect to Mickey's success in the Bay Area, there were some folks down here back then who truly loved and believed in him. Many of his most ardent supporters worked in the Warner Electra Atlantic office in SF. Aside from being the best crew of sales and support people I've ever seen, there wasn't a person in that office who didn't feel that same way about Mickey that this family does. A relationship like that has less to do with the 'product' and much more to do with a passion for the music and a need to help bring it to whomever would listen. It was a very special time.
