Lois, thanks for sharing the news of your good health! I agree with Diana, we need some good news here now, and I hope no one will hold back out of respect for Mickey. I suspect he'd like us to smile when we think about him, and celebrate his life, and our ties to each other. (I think Laura Shayne was trying to tell us that yesterday.)
As far is it getting harder, you're probably right in a way, Diana. I think there was a lot of shock at first, even though we knew Mickey was sick, and now the numbness is wearing off a little, and reality is sinking in more. I could be wrong, but I think that's why people were posting that things seemed to be getting worse toward the end of the week.
Personally, I think we should all express whatever emotion we need to right now, sadness or happiness, or even playfulness. I'm glad Dave and Larry are teasing each other again -- things are getting back to normal a bit. A little laughter here and there would probably be good for all.
