Tom Russell is a big fan of Mickey's and wrote to me several times about him. As for Nanci, ACL and such, it would be good for our revenue if something happened, but other than that my feeling is if they didn't have Mickey on while they could they aren't going to get "him" now. It is their loss. The thought of artists "mourning him musically" now when they neglected him before isn't too appealing. Perhaps with some time things will adjust and get sorted out. Yes, I am bitter. But time heals all wounds and wounds all heels.
