Eve and Ginny, I know what you mean. Every so often it really hits me and I miss Mickey SO much. But then, soon after, I feel that he is here with me, and with all of us. And he always will be. Mickey entered our psyches and made us better people. We only need listen to his magic to have our souls topped up again with his love.
Good news! Neil and I found a great second-hand caravan (trailer) for our purpose (and price!). We drove all the way to Adelaide, South Australia, to look at it on the weekend (8 hour trip each way). We found the nicest of people selling it and they even towed it all the way here for us!! It arrived today. Then, we thought we would have to wait months for a suitable vehicle (they are hard to get) and one has become available!! I had told Mickey all about our plans.... do you think he is pulling a few strings? I do. Even Neil agrees.
Una, you are in my prayers, Dear Heart. If only our caravan could sail the seas... We would come and take you for a wonderful trip to sunny places.
